Cool studio tucked in the best place. Staff let people know about seats and when they will be replaced I love it. Only issue is the vending machine for the coconut water keeps taking my money lol.
Hands down the beat workout studio concept - Even just a 15 minute cycle in 125 degrees will reset your mind and body to crush the rest of the day.
I typically do an evening cycle and 45 minute hot stretch, the best combination for a goodnights sleep.
If I workout during the morning or afternoon, it’s an 45 minute iso and a 15 min cycle and I’m reset, ready to knock out the day.
I highly recommend it, 24/7 access and tons of classes to choose from, the most affordable and cost effective workout studio on the market.
