Dr. Maughrabi and his staff have been wonderful. We have been going to them as a family for many years. They are so pleasant and accomodating. Dr. Moughrabi is very knowledgable. He will discuss with the patient, offer alternatives, then does what is only necessary. He is very gentle and does dental work that is as close to pain free as possible.

I cannot recommend Dr. Gerguis highly enough. One of my dental implants had been broken for more than two years, and I was told by two different dentists in Michigan that it either could not be repaired or would require a complex procedure costing over $2,000. I was lucky to move to Austin and Dr. Gurgis took the time to carefully evaluate the problem and was able to fix it successfully for approximately $500.
Beyond that experience, I have seen Dr. Gerguis on multiple other encounters for other teeth issues (mainly old carries) , and she has consistently been thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. She takes the time to explain findings, discuss treatment options, and answer questions without making you feel rushed.
What sets her apart is how genuinely caring she is. She has provided practical advice on improving my overall dental hygiene, and following her recommendations has noticeably improved my dental health over the past year. Her entire team is kind, professional, and considerate, making every visit a positive experience.
Although I now consider Dr. Gerguis a friend, this review is based entirely on my experience as a patient.
On my most recent visit, Dr. Gerguis once again demonstrated the kind of thoughtful and conservative approach that has earned my trust. One of my teeth is in poor condition, and many dentists would have been comfortable proceeding directly to a root canal. Instead, she took the time to explore whether the tooth could be preserved and made an additional effort to work around the existing filling in hopes of saving the tooth’s nerve.
What I appreciate most is that she never seems to recommend treatment simply because it is the easiest or most profitable option. She approaches each case with genuine care and always appears to be looking out for her patients’ long-term best interests. Over time, I have come to trust her recommendations because she treats her patients the way she would treat a member of her own family.
