Honest Eye Doctor is an independent practice located inside Walmart on Ben White Blvd in South Austin. The office is always clean. The staff is kind, very gentle, and awesome, with great customer service. They are kid-friendly, making them excellent for a child's first eye exam. The doctors are great, polite, down to earth, amazing, kind, patient, and thorough. They listen to you, do not rush, and make sure prescriptions are correct. They articulate exam outcomes clearly, explain everything for understanding, and answer all questions, making patients feel comfortable and confident. The assistant is equally sweet, incredibly helpful, and handles transitions between languages like English and Spanish. The practice provides comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and treatments for conditions like glaucoma. They accept most insurance and offer flexible hours. Patients highly recommend Honest Eye Doctor for top-notch, personalized eye care.
Great experience overall! The doctor and staff are both friendly, knowledgeable, patient and engaging. The staff is also entirely female including the doctor which I also liked. I give Honest Eye Doctor my highest recommendation and will definitely return for all of my eye care needs.
The front Staff was knowledgeable and courteous directing me through my eye exam; and I appreciate the Dr's use of inner eye imaging to explain where extra care or treatment is needed. The Center is conveniently located with an easy access entrance. Thank you for your caring service.
Small cozy office space within a Walmart store on Ben White Blvd. The Dr. was through, very professional, and answered all the questions I had. I'll be sure to check in there next year.
