Honest Eye Doctor is an independent practice located inside Walmart on Ben White Blvd in South Austin. The office is always clean. The staff is kind, very gentle, and awesome, with great customer service. They are kid-friendly, making them excellent for a child's first eye exam. The doctors are great, polite, down to earth, amazing, kind, patient, and thorough. They listen to you, do not rush, and make sure prescriptions are correct. They articulate exam outcomes clearly, explain everything for understanding, and answer all questions, making patients feel comfortable and confident. The assistant is equally sweet, incredibly helpful, and handles transitions between languages like English and Spanish. The practice provides comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and treatments for conditions like glaucoma. They accept most insurance and offer flexible hours. Patients highly recommend Honest Eye Doctor for top-notch, personalized eye care.
Our appointment was for a 6 year old. They were very kind and kid friendly his very first eye Dr appointment. Very thorough and explained everything to our understanding. We highly recommend Honest eye Dr.

Doctor was polite and down to earth articulated the eye exam outcome very clearly. The red head lady has great customer service. She did very well explaining and checking the paper work for completion. She also did a great transition from English to Spanish depending on the patient.
