I have been with Hometeam Pest Defense going on 4.5 years now and have not had any issues with unwanted pests inside or around the perimeter of my home. I really appreciate the quality of service and the thoroughness of the technician ensuring my home & property are well taken care of.
Serviced by HomeTeam for a very long time. They have serviced our home efficiently. There has never been an issue with pest of any kind. And if there are concerns Home Team address problems immediately. The technicals are prompt and always interested in any of our concerns. Our experience has been nothing but exceptional quality service.
This was the first service advisor in the past two years that was competent. He actually listened and did his job. The company has really gone downhill since I originally picked them 20 years ago. The Taexx system is the only reason they remain as a vendor of mine.
