We've been using Home Instead for 2 years and have been very pleased with the company, their responsiveness, and their ability to meet our needs. Our current caregiver Happy is phenomenal and by far the best we've ever had - we highly recommend using Home Instead.
I want to take a minute to say how wonderful Home instead is for everything they did for my family member!!! They did absolutely everything to make sure my family member was comfortable and well cared for in her last years of life. The caregivers became like family to us and we couldn't have been more grateful to them! The quality of service from you all was amazing, and I know my family member felt at peace and loved while she was there. The peace of mind we were given in knowing her care was always excellent, rid us of any worry.
Such an amazing place to work for. Home instead loves their staff and they show us by appreciation. They’ve sent Uber when you have car trouble, encouraging email messages daily and gift cards to show such. I love my job!! They try to make sure we get enough hours.
