So a lot of low reviews seems to come from issues w/ membership. I don't have one of those so I say avoid that if you want a stellar experience. Honestly, in regards to memberships for beauty services I avoid those altogether as I haven't found a single place that does them well. Now on to the review. It's a strange little spot. You'll have to read the signs and follow any directions you get, it's on the second floor, and the entrance to the stairs/elevator is on the side of the building. You'll go into a space that's a bunch of different beauty services in one area. Gracie was professional, competent and very nice. The room is kept clean. I’d definitely recommend her.I do wish Hello Sugar would change their pricing structure so you didn’t have to lock into specific services and be charged for them whether or not you are ready to use them.

Update:Still super pleased!! I see Laura, & she is an absolute gem!!!!! She's going to make sure you are completely satisfied. So glad I found this place & Laura.For my first time sugaring, I have to say it was a pleasant experience-for what it's worth? She was very knowledgeable and kept conversation going. I joined the membership, the prices are great!!!
