Dr. Heather Lamberth is remarkably compassionate, patient, and caring. She explains things clearly in a way that is both easy to understand and reassuring. She answered all my MANY questions and worked with me to get custom-molded musician earplugs made. When the manufacturer overengineered them (making them not possible to insert in my ears and weren't willing to modify/remake them since the window had expired), Dr. Heather was both able and willing to modify them in-office and patiently trained me how to insert them properly. She took a really difficult situation (worship music at church being painfully too loud) and created a wonderful solution that is a game-changer...read full review

I am an old guy who suffered a concussion in a car wreck 4 1/2 years ago. I am no longer on the cutting edge of understanding technology. But my hearing aids are very high-tech. Ms. Lambert does an excellent job at explaining my hearing aids, how to operate and maintain them, and fixing whatever goes wrong

Heather is incredible at her job. She listens very attentively and is a very professional. She's kind, friendly and caring. I would recommend her to anybody. If she can't help you she will find the person who can.
