I am an old guy who suffered a concussion in a car wreck 4 1/2 years ago. I am no longer on the cutting edge of understanding technology. But my hearing aids are very high-tech. Ms. Lambert does an excellent job at explaining my hearing aids, how to operate and maintain them, and fixing whatever goes wrong

Heather is incredible at her job. She listens very attentively and is a very professional. She's kind, friendly and caring. I would recommend her to anybody. If she can't help you she will find the person who can.

I would highly recommend Heather based on her pleasant demeanor and character. Not knowing a lot about hearing problems and how to get it properly treated, I booked a hearing test as I was having ringing in my ears. Heather immediately saw that I had a ear infection and was able to help me book to see an ear, nose, throat doctor quickly. No more ringing! Many thanks to Heather for her kindness, and the staff at ARC for helping me!
