Ryan came to service my non functioning air conditioning unit at 6pm on a Sunday! of a holiday weekend and got it working. He recommended a follow up visit from a technician to ensure success. I’ve used Hanks for many years and relied on them to replace the unit 4 years ago.

We had Tyler and Joseph from Hank’s AC out and it was such a fantastic experience. After inconsistent service with a prior company I was on the hunt for a solid replacement company. My parents have used Hanks AC for years and have always said such great things, so figured he was the one to call. From beginning to end everyone was amazing and super kind and helpful. I needed some minor repair to my HVAC system. Tyler was very professional and courteous. In addition to fixing the items I had identified, Tyler also found another minor item that greatly improved the performance of the AC.
