“Start with this: best haircut I’ve had in Austin. (Tori also goes by Victoria) It’s also nice to not be breathing in chemicals for once. I misread the site and thought I was booked with the wrong person and overcharged. Was sort of miffed, left a review, then the owner called and was so nice and explained everything, plus gave me a refund on some services that I didn’t need to be charged for, and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that things were good. The nicest people I have ever met and they really didn’t have to be. ❤️“

“I had the best experience with Zane!!! I had never been to a "real salon" before and was anxiously excited for my appointment. I got some dimensional highlights and a long haircut, and this experience was one of the best/most comfortable experiences I've ever had with a hairstylist. Firstly, the salon itself is so warm and welcoming. You never feel out of place and everyone I interacted with is so incredibly kind. The seats are also very comfortable. Zane was extremely knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. It made me absolutely confident that they knew what they were doing and I loved learning more about haircare/coloring/styling. Truly an artist AND chemist haha! They also were super precise and constantly made sure that I was comfortable with what they were doing and I liked it! They were even sweet enough to schedule a follow-up appointment to make some color adjustments after we were done because I was so indecisive and didn't truly know what I wanted until after I saw the end product and realized I wanted more highlights than I initially asked for. Zane also continued to answer my questions after my appointment was over when I was figuring out what color-safe products to use. I'm telling y'all, Zane is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. The prices were also super fair and Zane made sure to break everything down for me, so I knew exactly what I was paying for and made sure I was comfortable before we started the process. Absolutely no scamming here! I will 100% be returning to Zane specifically for touch-ups and additional cuts. I truly recommend Zane at the Craig Piatti Salon to anyone in Austin looking for a fresh cut or some creative colors!“
