I went to Ken for my first professional haircut in years. I have extremely thick hair and am used to being told it’s going to cost extra because of the additional time needed. Not Ken. Was able to make a same day apt because I called early and I was flexible. Went in for a trim but hadn’t cut my hair in a year, Ken gave me an amazing haircut and I’m super happy with my hair!
