Greg is one of the best contractors I have worked with. Highly professional, responsive, and at a competitive rate. He designed and built an outdoor deck for me and completed in the timeframe he estimated. Look forward to hiring him again for a kitchen remodel project.
We would like to share the great experiences we have had working with Greg Bills, the owner of GB Custom Homes. Greg has led two projects for us. One project was a significant remodel that involved the reconfiguring of existing space both upstairs and down and the updating of two full bathrooms. The second project was a major addition, with a new family room, powder room, and laundry room downstairs and new primary bath and closet upstairs. In both cases, the end results exceeded our expectations. Our home has been really transformed.
Greg has considerable expertise in the construction process and a great aesthetic eye, which provided a lot of value added for our projects.… read full review
Greg Bills and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive and helpful. I have a complicated old house needing structural repairs and I’m loving the results. Greg Bills was recommended to me by the structural engineers that did the repair plans We went through all the city permit inspections and passed without any problems. The cost for the project was more than fair. I highly recommend GB Custom Homes
