Haircut was good. Girls are nice. Since the last time I’ve been in great clips has changed. Written in an Indian language next to the register, Is a piece of paper saying that tipping is not optional. I heard the woman tell the foreigner that tipping is mandatory when he didn’t. Also making comments about how Indians don’t tip while I’m paying is the reason I didn’t tip. I hope you lose customers
I have been coming to this Great Clips location for a while now and it never disappoints. The check in process is quick and convenient and the waiting time is always very manageable. My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered a haircut that exceeded my expectations every single time. The salon is always clean and well organized which makes the whole visit comfortable and pleasant. For the price you pay the quality is truly hard to beat and I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly hair salon.
Thank you LAURIE!!! Best haircut of my entire life, and just the sweetest interaction I’ve had in weeks. She will put so much care into getting it just right and doesn’t skip any necessary steps to achieve amazing results
