Great Clips

Great Clips provides good haircuts and generally ok service at a convenient location. Many customers find the stylists to be awesome, friendly, and capable of doing fantastic work quickly. Using the app or website for scheduling is noted as quick and easy. However, significant frustrations exist with the app's design, specifically regarding unreliable wait times and an inability to schedule a specific time, which creates logistical problems. Some customers express disappointment when specific services, like beard trims, are no longer available at a location after a stylist departs. Overall, experiences are mixed between efficient, positive visits and dissatisfaction with booking and service limitations.
