Disclaimer: in the past some of my cuts from great clips have been hit or miss (more on the miss side). As a person with “ethnic” hair this is unfortunately the case in many places. - With that said this location has always had kind and polite personnel working. Regarding specifically Braylon he is an excellent barber. My son received one of the best cuts ever. He is highly recommended.
Typically, getting my hair cut is a chore I put off as long as I can. The main reason I go to Great Clips is to get in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible and avoid small talk.However, today was different.Today, I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Braylon Y. I felt seen. I felt taken care of. I enjoyed our conversation immensely. I actually relaxed. And I like my haircut.I've truthfully never had a bad experience at Great Clips, but with Braylon it was a superb experience. Braylon is kind, considerate, skilled and cares about what he does.Thank you.
I had my haircut by Braylon. Requested a 0 on the side with a high fade. He blended my beard as well, and did an excellent job. He was methodical the whole time, and made sure it was clean.Nice conversation too. Definitely will be back, they do a really good job at this location.
