I got a coupon, so I came here. The stylist cut my hair in an odd way, sliding the scissors down my hair while trying to face frame. It was pulling my hair and hurting me. I ask her to stop doing it like that. She said she did not know how to face frame using the scissors normally. She then stopped my haircut saying she did not feel comfortable finishing. I gladly waited for the other stylist to finish who was kinder and did not use that technique.

The manager Austin was so professional and did such a great job! Heather did my other son's hair and it came out so great! Thank you both for the awesome customer service and Great haircuts!
