James was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the issues we were facing, including the high water pressure in our home, and clearly walked us through the available options without any pressure.
He replaced our water heater and shower cartridge and was courteous, punctual, and respectful of our home. What I appreciated most was his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend Eddie! He took care of our house leak quickly and professionally. Plus, he is incredibly organized—he provided all the paperwork and documentation required by my home warranty right away. Great service all around!
Great service call, was very timely in being available to fix my ac.
