Mark Russell was very knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured to buy. He was friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we fully understood the process. He was also very thorough and detailed throughout.
Mark was very professional in explaining and describing the work that had to be done, making it easier to decide which direction to take when the time comes to get the work done. I would recommend this company to get a foundation repair estimate.
Josh was here on time, actually early. He explained just what all was going to happen. Went about his job quickly and got all the measurements that he needed. Sat with me for about 30/45 min. Explaining what would happen next and all of my options. His estimate came in around what I had thought, so I don’t think he was high balling me. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
