I want to sincerely thank you for the compassionate and professional service you provided during such a difficult time. Every detail was handled with care and dignity, and it brought great comfort to our family. Your team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and we are truly grateful for the support and respect shown throughout the entire process. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Fuller-Sheffield and especially to Ashley Edmond for the incredible care and professionalism shown during the service for my mom Melinda Plummer from the moment we walked through your doors, we felt supported and understood.
Ashley and Patricia at fuller-sheffield were such comfort to me during an emotionally difficult time. Patricia stayed late on a Friday evening assisting me with my mother’s obituary. She made several helpful suggestions which were much appreciated. Ashley was so patient with me as she explained the many steps involved in the cremation process. I had a few concerns that I thought might be an issue and Ashley immediately addressed them and put me at total ease. Ashley went above and beyond my expectations when she was able to return my mother’s ashes to me in a very short amount of time. Ashley, Keia and the team were amazing from start to finish. They truly treated our family with the utmost care and basically held our hand at every step of the way. They treated us like family and worked what seemed like around the clock to make sure everything was correct for my nephew’s service. I would recommend them for any service.
