Best dental experience I have ever had! It all starts at check-in and continues to check-out. Manny at check-in recognizes me by name and is super friendly and professional. MJ, my dental assistant, is kind and gentle and puts me at ease over my embarrassment with losing a crown. Her humming to the music relaxed me in a stressful situation. I trust Dr. Helmet’s judgment to make my smile the best and she explains everything in an easy to understand manner. They were fantastic!! I was traumatized by a horrible and painful experience at Swish Dental last year and afraid to go back to the dentist at all. But everyone at Forest Family was amazing and gentle, taking care when examining and cleaning my teeth, and checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t remember my hygienists name but she was lovely and Dr Mahmud was one of the best dentists I’ve seen. She took time to explain everything she noticed during the exam and I felt comfortable asking questions knowing she was giving honest answers.
