Five Stone Advisers was used for a primary residence and multiple long-term rental properties. Each year they effectively reduced the property tax. Their communication and confirmations both before the effort and afterwards were top notch. These properties have all been sold, but I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
With the rising cost of property taxes, I knew I needed to do something but didn't have the band width to do it myself. Five Stone have successful reduced my taxes for the last few years. I receive timely communication and responses to my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
After getting setup, very hands off. They have consistently kept the valuations in check. It was amusing to get a flyer from another firm wanting to do the same task. Their estimation was THOUSANDS more than FSTA.
