The personnel at the desk didn't check to see if I had road hazard on my Bridgestone tires and charged me for flat repair. After I returned with my receipt from glovebox he changed his mind but he should have checked that first.

My car had a tire blow out on Friday night. I submitted an online appointment for Saturday for a tire replacement. The location called on Saturday and I explained why I was trying to get the tire replaced. They let me know they did not have the tire in stock and did not get deliveries on Sunday so we needed to set my appointment on Monday. I agreed to the appointment change on Monday, and thought that was it. Little did I know the location was calling around trying to find my tire which they did. They then called me back saying they were able to get it by Sunday after all. They did not have to do that extra push, but the extra day and going above and beyond for a customer...read full review

I've been fortunate to have nothing but great customers service here and fair prices with solid repairs. They always try to get me in and out as quickly as possible without shortcutting the repair quality.
