Update: Paola did an amazing job and it was my first time in her chair. She listened to my request and didn't cut more than I asked.** Love the customer service! Been a customer for years. Normally I try to stick with one stylist but honestly everyone is very talented so I don't mind bouncing between stylists.

Paola Criel gave me the best haircut I've ever had, she did exactly what I wanted with my fade, made sure to communicate with me throughout the cut, and got done in 30 minutes. Cannot recommend enough.
