My local go to place for wood.They have Purpleheart, Padauk, Maple, Walnut, Cherry and Oak which I’ve used to make a noodle board and small cutting board for a family member.Working on finishing some wall art using a mix of different wood types.

They stock a higher spec of wood than what I needed, however in spite of the fact that I didn't do business with them today, Dave still took the time to orient me and help me find a solution for my needs. If that's how they treat a non-customer, I can only imagine how well they live up to their reputation for their customers.

I read some great and awful reviews of this place while preparing to build out a home project. My son-in-law swore by them so I went in. Had a great experience. Quality product, great customer service. Decided- based largely on my previous experience- to make my project larger than I originally planned. Went back. The person who "helped" me couldn't have been a bigger douchebag. I went ahead and made my selections despite his attitude. When I went into the office to get someone to ring me out, I got someone much more helpful. Do I recommend this place? Yes and no. Their product is excellent. Their customer service? Depends on who you get. But I'm not planning any more projects any time soon.
