The detail and thoroughness of the inspection was impressive. I wanted to know what should be done to get my house in salable condition. Fidelity offers a repair pricer to let you know how much each repair will run you. They also tell you which repairs pose safety hazards and which can be put off. With older houses like mine it is reassuring to find out which items are not up to code and should be addressed immediately. I highly recommend Fidelity for peace of mind when it comes to taking care of what is for most of us our biggest investment.

Lane from Fidelity Home Inspections did a thorough and great job doing the home inspection for our house which is coming up on its one-year anniversary. He went into great detail explaining the results shown on the report that he produced as a result of the home inspection.
