I had a massage with Kevin that was excellent. I've had hundreds of massages in my life but never one like Kevin's--and I mean that in a good way. He moves slowly but deeply and is versed in the mechanics of our bodies so you get maximum effectiveness. Outside of Kevin, it was easy to book, the space is cozy and I appreciate the all-inclusive pricing. I don't live in Austin, but if I did, I'd be a regular!
Best massage in Austin. Seriously. I've tried the other massage studios in town, but I haven't found a consistent one. Even super highly rated ones on yelp are hit or miss. Really good deep pressure massage with a nice, clean and calm ambience. Everyone that I've seen at FDG is a pro and sometimes I have trouble choosing who I want to book with. I get a massage once a week from Katrina or Kevin. Both solid. My wife is pregnant right now and gets her massages from Kate, who is a prenatal specialist. Everyone is consistently amazing here.
Great place, clean and quiet. Staff can text you about appointment times etc. Manda was the RMT. Extremely knowledgeable, lots of discussion/education before and after massage. Perfect mix of relaxation and therapeutic during massage. Highly recommend!
