I've been a member here now for 6 months & every time I go, the staff are all so friendly, professional & passionate about their craft. The manager is also amazing and beyond hospitable! I had a circumstance where a gift card I'd purchased was stollen out of my car & asked if they were able to do anything to keep the thief from using it and though they'd never dealt with anything of the sort, Sage, the manager went out of her way & figured out a resolution so quickly I was able to get back one of the stolen items from the burglary. Stephen did an amazing job, I immediately felt refreshed with better neck movement and less tension all around. Working from home for 7+ years I feel like he lifted a good 3 years in one sessions. 10/10.
I originally had a not so good experience a few weeks ago but management went above and beyond to give me a better experience. I recently had a 90 minute massage with Mikeyia and it was SO relaxing and therapeutic. Highly recommend her if you want a nice, stress-relieving massage. Her technique was slow and firm which left me feeling very relaxed.
