Their service is excellent! To be fair, it’s very difficult to make an appointment by phone. It took us more than 30mins to finally talk to someone and we were told appointments were booked up for the day and suggested we should try the following day at 8am when they start working. And the latest date we got was 10 days away. And today we arrived early than we should but they were super nice and easy to talk to. They got everything done very quickly and professionally! You pay by the number of shots you receive, as long as you don't have ins. The staff is always friendly and patient here. If you don't have insurance and can't afford to pay they will bill you later, they won't turn you away. The total cost for my daughters shots today was just 20 dollars.

The best medical experience we’ve had since we came to Texas (from Norway). Our kid had a blast in the waiting room, the office had a big window and the vaccinations where done in a few minutes with minimum fuss. This was quite the contrast from other doctors offices we’ve been to where we have had to wait for too long in a tiny windowless box of an office making all of us anxious. This was refreshing, and the staff was very friendly and proffessional.
