I entered eyetech that afternoon and lady in the front office greeted me by my name. She asked to wait for a min as i was very early to my appointment. less than 5 min passed and i was being tested by one of the technicians there before i saw the doctor. the technician was apologetic that i had to wait my turn. not a minute passed and Dr. Lamie started her testing as well. Dr. Lamei is an amazing eye doctor. she takes the time to explain results of the exams clearly to me and once done, asks if i had any questions. the front office were also great about getting my frames chosen and sent to have the lenses made. this is a caring group. i am glad they are in my neighborhood.
