    I’m so thankful I joined Embody in April! I’ve wanted to start strength training for a while, but gyms intimidated me. I’d never lifted anything heavier than a 10 pound weight and wasn’t sure what proper form looked like. Now my sessions with Lina are one of the things I look forward to most in my week! I’ve learned so much and gotten stronger in what feels like a short period of time- thank you so much Lina! Embody is an accepting and encouraging environment that meets you where you are.     I’ve been training with Shelby and Vanessa for a few months and it has been wonderful! I’m very thankful for the support and dedication my trainers have shown to helping me navigate strength training for the first time. I’ve grown to love coming to the gym, and love feeling myself getting stronger. I was worried my schedule would be a barrier, as I work alternating days and nights each week. But the whole team has always been very accommodating to my schedule which has been great! I’ve also had the pleasure of working with a few of the other trainers and all have been excellent.
