I'm a MARINE and us MARINES love and pride ourselves on good tattoo work. When I came back home from the Corps, I researched all these shops in Austin. And I have tattoos from all over the country and I know good tattoo work. I discovered Paco at Electric 13 tattoo and never looked back i have some bad ass tattoos, and this guy's staff is on point. Definitely give them a try!!!!
