I love the variety of group classes this gym offers. The coaches are awesome and everyone here is genuinely kind. The whole atmosphere just feels good - supportive, motivated, and welcoming. And the mix of class options keeps things fun. Super glad I found this spot ?
Amazing community - the trainers and manager make the experience. The gym is clean it has all the equipment I need for circuit training and great classes with a recovery room that is perfect! I have expanded my network and workout plus gains!
Great space for a gym. They could use a little bit more equipment but the classes are excellent. They could also use a bit more ventilation it gets quite hot in there so bring lots of water. they keep it open aired. Very friendly staff and helpful staff. It has just a great vibe for a gym. Also comes with a good recovery room like suanas and ice baths which is great. Also the app they have is very easy to use and well designed so easy to book sessions. I will be comming back
