I highly recommend Lauren. She is kind and she listens attentively. She is knowledgeable and humble. Her calmness and lightness put me at ease and helped me with my stress and anxiety. She is a tremendous acupuncturist and my first choice for acupuncture in Austin.
Lauren provides a safe, warm, calming space of healing. She has a innate knowing that with her skills in the art of acupuncture makes for a profound ability to help people with their individual needs. She seems to have the answer to all my questions and has so much to offer. I am grateful for all she has done for me and highly recommend her!!
I first started seeing Lauren when we were TTC in 2023. She helped me regulate and lengthen my cycle! During pregnancy Lauren was such a crucial resource, helping me manage pregnancy symptoms, stress and preparing for labor and delivery. I continued seeing her post pregnancy for help with breastfeeding and recovery. I cannot recommend her enough - she is knowledgeable, supportive and just a lovely person. Regular visits have become a huge part of my overall health management and self care. She's the best!
