I booked online, got a confirmation, and a reminder. The auditor showed up on time (actually a bit early). He was very professional and respectful of our home. Very quick responses. Really good people skills and quick assessment skills. They are very honest and not after you money at all. Also had good recommendations of companies providing other services I was looking for. Great experience.
