Highly recommend asking for Veronica! She did an absolutely fantastic job on my hair. Not only an amazing stylist but a genuinely kind person. I really appreciated that she took the time to listen to what I wanted and cared about delivering the best!
I don’t know my stylist’s name because she never introduced herself or told me, she did an okay job on my hair but the one thing I specifically said was that I wear a center part, and my part was messed up so I asked to fix it at the end which of course required some extra fixing from her/there were uneven spots due to how she had clipped and brushed. I then got rushed out of the chair with my stylist rolling her eyes/making faces to other stylists. Would not rebook based on this experience given that I was seated to wash hair at 2:37 and it was 3:22 EXACTLY when I checked out so it’s not as if I was majorly pushing the appointment time - I have fine, shorter hair... read full review
I have been going here for a while now and decided to do the membership about 6 months ago and it’s been the best decision. I love the domain location, but there is just something about the staff downtown. I love them all! Tonight I had Rachel E and she was SO fun. Also shoutout to Molly at the front desk for always being so accommodating and wonderful. She’s seen me in every capacity and she’s always so kind and helpful. Both of them were so wonderful this evening especially after I wasn’t feeling so glamorous walking in. Highly recommend ?
