charged me for the full cost of an appointment even though I was there for my annual that is covered by insurance.. the doctor asked me what i had going on that was of concern to me so i told her and we discussed it, for this i was charged for a second appointment.. the office keeps blaming it on insurance, but it's their own policy they're following.. I'll be finding a new doctor.

We have been patients of Amy Kowalski for almost 4 years. Our entire family is very pleased with the quality of care that we receive. Amy shows a lot of care in our medical issues and is very easy to talk with. She is also very caring. Both of our adult children see her also.

As you can see, I don't write reviews, but I needed to write this one. I can't thank Cristel (front-of-office) and Dr. Guerra enough for accommodating me the way they did today. I've got a nasty set of ear infections, and my current drops aren't working. We are going into the weekend when the office is closed, and I've been really stressed about worsening ear infections while solo parenting two young kids. I explained my situation to Cristel this morning and within 30 MINUTES (yes, you read that right!), Cristel and Dr. Guerra had called in new prescriptions.
