I needed to have a foundation repair done and I checked three companies. Douglas Foundation Solutions gave me the best estimate and I immediately fell in love with their customer service. After having the work finalized last week, I can only tell you that they provide OUTSTANDING service, communication throughout the project and they exhibit great professionalism. From the person who did the estimate (Ricky), to the one who oversaw the project (Jose), to their business person (Dulce). I wholeheartedly give them a 5 star in my review. These guys were great start to finish. Crazy how hard their crew works, hats off. Also, had a few things that needed to be tidied up after the job was done and they were proactive about sending a small crew out to help.
