Overall we had a great experience with dogtopia. But I wanted to leave a review and let the folks know, keep an eye on the charges from dogtopia. We were overcharged over $600 total on various occasions. They don't seem to have a good handle on their automated system making charges. We were not going to dogtopia for a couple of weeks and on reviewing credit card charges realized we were charged that entire time. There were some other charges that shouldn't have been there so just keep an eye on that.
I was calling around looking for an indoor dog park and had a great experience with Sakari. Even though they don't allow pet parents to stay with their dogs, Sakari answered all my questions very professionally.
My dog experiences separation anxiety because he was attacked by a pit bull in March and had to have an arm amputated. I also experience some separation anxiety because of the incident. Sakari informed me that they offer access to webcams, which I found reassuring. If you're looking for a place that provides camera access for peace of mind, this is a great option.
Our little girl loves coming here for daycare! I love the different events daily. We were impressed on how thorough the interview process is for your dog to be accepted and we also enjoy peaking in on her during the day with their webcams. We're been here a little over a month and will continue to go back! We've been to other day cares but this one takes the cake for sure.
