Awesome place. Plenty of tile samples to view and take with you and knowledgeable staff to provide advice about your project. I am doing a reno on floors and a kitchen island and Erica helped go over different options and provided a lot of great info. She was able to help me decide on colors and patterns that work with my style and the vibe of my house. Daltile and Erica are my go to sources for any kind of tile or flooring from now on.

We had a fantastic experience working with Daltile on South Lamar on 2 bathrooms remodels. Michelle Lucero there is a superstar; she worked with us to find the perfect look for each of our projects, and went the extra mile getting everything ordered and delivered so that each different material arrived when we needed it. She offered thoughtful ideas and suggestions that really made our bathrooms turn out amazing. On top of it all, we had a problem when our installer “goofed” on a section of floor tile and had to tear that section out. We ended up 2 tiles short to redo that section, and the entire project was stopped. Of course this was the one hard to find tile that had taken a while to receive, but Michelle somehow managed to locate 2 tiles in Mexico and had them sent overnight. It was our problem, not hers, and yet she saved the day by going the extra mile. We were blown away by her amazing customer care, and will be going back when we do our kitchen.

Shannon Ray took great care of us during our visit, very knowledgeable in the product lines and very helpful understanding what we wanted. Store had great selections and priced right. Would definitely go back.

I drove a half hour on a Saturday to pick out tiles for my remodel. Arrived within posted store hours, and no one is here. No one is answering the phone or ringing the doorbell.Massive waste of time, I guess I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

Wonderful showroom and staff. Kennedy (manager) and Austin were so thoughtful and helpful. Kennedy promptly ensured patrons were assisted upon entry, and Austin was informative and guided us with thoughts and selections. Both provided relevant and helpful feedback, and we departed with samples that were available in-house and also available through delivery. We look forward to making our final selections!

My contractor and his tile setter have used Daltile's good quality tile for 20-25 yrs. However, my experience was disappointing. In May2023, I picked out Daltile's Marazzi Zellige tile Gesso (imported from Italy) for October project. Was told by sales rep, no need to pick up early as this tile was always kept in stock. But I find out in October Daltile changed to manufacturer "Mohawk" (El Paso, TX) The Mohawk tile is very different: very little color variation (the hallmark of Zellige). In the attached photos I show what was originally chosen and the tile as it now looks installed. Very disappointed. Had I been informed they were changing manufacturer I could have ordered the original Zellige in May OR found authentic Zellige elsewhere. Instead I wasn't able to get my once-in-a-lifetime project done as hoped.
