Camaron James at D&H is very friendly and fixed the roof after severe storm next day with zero cost that was build by DR Horton in Austin colony. The same area shingles were blown off last year due to severe storm so D&H roofers replaced and fixed. Suggesting to fix it right at the first time otherwise their service is great and even installers are very friendly. Keep up the good work.
I purchased a DR Horton home in 2020 and D&H Roofing installed the shingles. Since then, we have had our shingles fly off with any gust of wind. This is not a D&H Roofing issue! This is an issue with faulty, cheap shingles that DR Horton chose for our house. In fact, D&H tried to walk me through submitting a claim to the shingle company to get replacement shingles. I am in the middle of this process. I have had an amazing experience with this company. They are all so helpful and prompt to fix my shingles. After some research, it is evident that it is not the roofing company to blame for the poor quality and known-defective IKO shingles that the homebuilder chose to use. IKO has sold these shingles for years, and now everyone knows why the homebuilder switched to Tamko after years of receiving many warranty requests for shingles flying off roofs well below their rated windspeed as documented by the homebuilder.
