Crystal did a beautiful job on our pool resurfacing using PebbleTec. Special shoutout to Jeff, our sales rep, who stayed with us the whole way, and Craig, our startup guy, who answered countless questions during the break-in / startup period. Also, work done was first rate all round. We had a small kerfuffle with the January freeze during the period, but Crystal Clear made it all good for us. They also developed a very smart work-around for a mystery plumbing leak that had been driving us nuts for a while. Recommend!
We hired Crystal Clear Pools to fix a number of issues left by our original pool builder. We weren't even sure how some issues with the original design could be fixed, but Johnny walked us through some very creative options and ideas.The CCP team then quickly and efficiently rehabilitated numerous aspects of our pool including stone, tile and pool equipment work. The end results far surpassed our expectations. All of the improvements perfectly match and enhance the original pool design.We now wish we could have hired CCP for the original pool build! In spite of the c weather and demand their response was quick and professional. A visit was made by a knowledgeable technician, I discussed the proposal with their office staff and the work was carried out completely as well as in a timely manner.
