The hospital also provides outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults. The expert clinical staff are dedicated to delivering high-quality care, treating patients with dignity and respect. Patients have praised the hospital's caring and supportive staff, with some highlighting the positive impact of specific programs, such as the IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), which have been credited with saving lives and promoting personal growth. The hospital's routine and schedule of activities are generally well-received, though some patients have noted that certain activities may not always be followed through. The medication management system, which involves doctors consulting via tablet, has received mixed reviews. The hospital's amenities, such as the ability to watch movies, read, draw, journal, and participate in yoga and chakra healing sessions, have been appreciated by patients. Overall, Cross Creek Hospital is viewed as a valuable resource for those struggling with mental health issues, providing a supportive environment and a range of treatment options, despite some areas that could benefit from improvement.

This place has the potential to be a good hospital. Unfortunately, its also the kind of place that will surmise your situation to be hopeless and not even communicate with you based on that. It turns out everyone on staff had a different way of doing things and it was a challenge everyday to even get my medication, having to wait in the main lobby for hours, getting the runaround from around a dozen doctors and nurses and several staff who contradicted each other the entire time anytime I would ask them a question. These people were not kind after a few days and I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I actually checked in at the emergency room

My Personal Chauffeur, Christine, was not only the safest, most professional driver I have ever had an experience with, but she’s got the absolute BEST personality and was such a joy to talk to! She made my 2 hour ride home seem like it took about 5 minutes. HIGHLY recommend! A+++

i am not sure why such bad reviews. i went to this mental hospital when i was 15 and was so happy to be here. it was better than living with my abusive mom with bpd. the nurses were so nice i remember and we got to eat GOOD. 3 meals a day plus snacks in between. we would watch tv, do therapy activities and play in the P.E. room. This place saved my life and CPS took custody of me. If it wasn’t for this place i know i wouldn’t be here anymore. At the end of the day people it’s still a mental facility. but i’ve been to one other facility from my teens and this place surpassed it by a landslide. it is a very nice, new and clean facility.
