Crestview Barber Shop is my go-to spot. The group of stylists have mastered the balance of being highly skilled without making the experience feel like a production. The space has a perfect, throwback vibe that feels authentically like the Austin I love. Crestview Barbershop is woman-owned and consistently great. I highly recommend!

Pam runs a tight ship, and it shows, because the quality of the service is very good. Prices are fair and cuts are excellent, as these ladies are some of--if not the--best barbers in north Austin.
That said, this space is no longer walk-in friendly, as it says here on Google, on their webpage, and on the door. I have tried several times in the past two years to walk up without an appointment, and while it was certainly walk-in friendly a time ago, I've been asked to wait for (today) four and a half hours for an opening. I made an appointment to come back another time.

This place rocks the casbah. They are super friendly, professional, and in Kallie’s case, Hilarious!!! AKA the Mayor of Crestview, Kallie has been cutting my hair for 8 years and does a great job every time. They even have holiday drinks ?. I highly recommend this place for a good cut and some cuttin up!!!
