I was at Cook-Walden/ Forest Oaks for the 1st time to celebrate a funeral. I was greeted by Ms. Brittany Carrington, Funeral Director handling the funeral. She immediately gave me all the information I needed and provided the Clergy Record without me having to ask for it. The professional and heartfelt care they gave to the family is to be admired.

Her vast knowledge really made this emotional time memorable for my family. They really honored my father and cared for him with dignity. The honorary presentation of the flag to me as the widow was deeply moving, as was the beautiful, sentimental transition from the bagpiper to the music.
