Sarah Collins and Kimberly Isaac were just the best. They were exceptionally patient and attentive to every request we had. I will definitely recommend Forest Oaks to everyone. The personal attention we received was outstanding. There were only two things that were not adequate. First was making the initial appointment. It was challenging because we couldn't find a direct number for Forest Oaks, only the 1-800 number and our appointment wasn't communicated directly to the staff at Forest Oaks. Second, when we went for our meeting with the funeral director, we were supposed to get an email telling us what info we needed to bring and we didn't get that email for whatever...read full review

Cook-Walden completed our family members pre-arranged funeral well and followed thru with any requests. The staff kept us informed and asked questions all along the way. Funerals in any form are a significant expense, so I would encourage anyone to make arrangements ahead of the time of need.
