Thank you Chapel of the Hills team for representing our son's passing with absolute professionalism. Having never made arrangements for a loved one's passing, I had no idea what to expect or what to do next. Thankfully I was referred to your Funeral Home. From the first interaction I felt fully supported as we made arrangements. Thank you David and Michelle and the rest of the team for making the funeral process run smoothly. You were kind, compassionate, available, prompt, professional and very knowledgeable the entire time. A really sad time for us but you all made us feel heard and accommodating to our specific request.

Brianna Ballenger and staff were amazing. Its such a difficult & emotional time whenever a loved one passes. The last thing you should have to worry about is if you're being treated "fairly" by the funeral home. They went out of their way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible and that I understood the entire process. We were so appreciative of their kindness & patience throughout. While I don't hope to have to recommend a funeral home to anyone anytime soon, when the time comes I will send them to Brianna Ballenger.
