Overall most of the staff were great! My only complaint goes to my original phlebotomist. I’m sure she meant well, but her communication style was a little too unprofessional for me personally as a patient who is terrified of getting their blood drawn. Happy to elaborate if someone reaches out. My second phlebotomist was amazing! Casual in conversation but still professional when it came to communicating what was happening or going to happen next.

Soni have the burden of having a heart for service. It's something I do. This has lead me through working at multiple hospitals. One of the annoying side affects is having my blood drawn, my background checked and peeing in a cup. I'll be honest, all jokes aside. This was one of my favorite pees and jabs. Wasn't very quick but easy going and pleasant. I am pleased that I came here to this location. 1010 would suggest here.

I came in last week because I was having trouble breathing/coughing fits. I was quickly seen. The facility was clean, quiet, and private. The MA (and she had a student with her observing/learning) was professional and kind. They listened to me, took notes, and I saw Dr. Valentin. He was excellent. He was thorough, assessed the conditions, and put me on a reasonable plan forward. He then called a couple days later to check on my progress and ensure I was following up with my primary care physician should my condition continue or get worse.
