This is the 3rd pair I've had Cobblers Direct repair. Every time the results are exceptional! I would MUCH rather have my favorite shoes repaired than try and find a new pair I may or may not like as well. I just sent my 4th pair for repairs!

My very well worn Cole Haan shoes came back looking great. This was a full refresh, with some leather repair at the heel entry. Not sure I could have had that done anywhere else. Expensive, for sure, more than I paid for the shoes, to start with. But as they say, they don't make them like they used to and Cole Haan sadly falls in that category. I'm happy to have them back and in the lineup.
