Just had a hair cut with Summer and would def recommend her
Very sweet and gentle and very focused on details
She did exactly what I needed and in a very short time
My hair is long thin easy to tangle but she did an amazing job not to pull any of my hair
Thank you Summer

Every one at Cobalt blue is amazing
I have been their client for years even in their old location
The new location is perfect
Spacious light easy to find and plenty of parking
