I’ve had a great experience at this Club Pilates studio. The studio is very clean and has a good setup.
I wanted to also give a shoutout to Lacey. She is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Her cues are clear and easy to follow, she does an excellent job accommodating different skill levels, and her classes have a great flow from start to finish. She’s also incredibly kind and encouraging, which makes every class enjoyable. Highly recommend both the studio and Lacey’s classes!

So appreciative of this studio and its great instructors! My classes with Elaine, Jess and Lacey have immensely helped in my injury recovery journey and never fail to make my day better :)

Overall, I had a good experience and definitely saw results from taking classes here. The workouts are effective, and I felt stronger and more in shape over time. If you’re looking to be challenged, I would definitely recommend it.
That said, as someone trying to get back into fitness and back into Pilates after some time away, I found the environment a bit intimidating at times. The instructors are push-focused, which can be motivating for some, but there were moments when I was already pushing myself as much as my body could handle and the added pressure felt discouraging rather than encouraging.
